2.Within14days of purchase, any defective lights will be offered replacement(proof of purchase required) by ATORCH distributors.
3.Within 12months of receipt, ATORCH ® offers a repair service, with theexclusion of damage caused by misuse.
4.As aclaim exceeding 12months, ATORCH® will continue to warrant theproduct with the cost of parts to be borne by the customer. You maycontact with your local distributor or ATORCH® directly forwarranty repair queries.
Please notewarranty is voided by the following:
1.Damagecaused by disassembly or modification without permission
2.Damagecaused to the appearance of the product by misuse or damage (suchas drops or impacts)
3.Damagecaused by incorrect battery insertion (reverse polarity) or batteryleakage
